We spent a lot of time removing 'fluff' and unnecessary components from our interface during testing. What you see is pretty much all you will need. Easy to find where to go, and immediately intuitive to use. Clean, simple and elegant. All the important information you need is shown in one place, as clearly as possibly. Notice the little 'live graphs' that show your past month's movements?

Full logging history

All of your data is stored in our powerful back end cloud database. There is practically no limit on the amount of data you wish to store. Years, even decades of information can be held. Our database is located at one of the most secure cloud locations ever built, so you can be confident that your data is safe and secure, and backed up regularly.

Powerful filtering and export of data

There is no use storing lots of data if it isn't useable to you in some way. Logbook HQ allows you to narrow down your mass of data by several flexible options. Want to know how many refills you've had at a particular petrol station? How many of your log notes contain the words "Bill Smith"? How many trips you did to visit a particular client? It is all available at your fingertips.

Helpful guides (that can be turned off)

Sprinkled throughout the app are these little guys and gals, who are there to offer you tips and help you get up to speed quickly. Once you are totally familiar with Logbook HQ and need more screen real estate, you can turn them off and get on with business.
